Promoting professionalism and quality in the martial arts worldwide

November 5, 2010

Hello and welcome to everyone reading this. As you can see, we have completely revised and updated the IMAS website and, I think you will agree, it does look a lot better.

IMAS was unable to hold a conference this year, but that is only because of certain commitments that had to be honoured in other ways by faculty, fellows and members. Indeed, IMAS has continued to grow quite considerably over 2010 with new branches opening up in several more countries such as India, Peru and Saudi Arabia to name but a few, so all is going well.

IMAS UK has consolidated its position by steadily increasing membership numbers and expanding the repertoire of courses it can now offer. 2011 will see an increase in our special in-service training for faculty and others which will see courses and workshops offered upon research methods Etc.

This blog is also a new feature, and I will be adding to it as regularly as I can so be sure to check back to see the input. In the meantime, I hope you like the new site, and I would like to express my thanks to all of you who have helped to make IMAS the success it is.
